The Miami based cruise line hired Chinese artist Tan Ping to design the artwork. The design includes a phoenix which you can just make out on the bow of the ship. I noticed there is a lot of red in the artwork, a sign that the ship will sail most of her life in Chinese waters.
The Joy, previously known as the Norwegian Bliss, is on scheduled to be launched next summer.
