Rumor has it that Seabourn has some ‘feelers’ out there to see if there are any interested buyers. So far it looks like they are just trying to dump some older tonnage i.e. the 3 older sisters, Pride, Spirit and Legend. They have about half the capacity of the newer sisters, Odyssey, Sojourn, and Quest. The older ones also barely have balconies, almost an unheard of feature now a days.
It should be noted that Seabourn was quick to deny the rumors:
A Holland America Line and Seabourn Cruise Line spokeswoman said that the cruise company has not sold the Seabourn Legend, in response to rumors reported earlier today on the Cruise Industry News website.
