Not entirely sure why CrusieCritic needs to state this, but this was already the plan. The Global Economic Crisis just stalled it a bit. They do state that the ship will no longer be going over to Palm Jumeirah, but instead stay at Port Rashid.
Nothing really new here. Until we see definitive proof of construction actually taking place, I’ll believe its all talk.
