P&O Cruises have released some renderings of their upcoming flagship.
The interiors have a very bright sense to them. That’s a trend were seeing lately. In the early 2000’s it was about bight, but bold colors. We’re still seeing some of that lately, but the trend is shifting to very light colors. This is giving the appearance of openness to public spaces. The Atrium is contrasted quite nicely with the nautical blue upholstery.
As far as I know, the deck plans still haven’t leaked. It will be interesting to see just how closely she’ll resemble the Royal & Regal Princess.
Currently being constructed in Italy, the 141,000 GT ship will debut in 2015.
