This may sound crazy but it turns out she was never owned by NCL. According to IHS Fairplay the owner is Ample Avenue Ltd. NCL has signed a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) to formally purchase the vessel. Ample Avenue Ltd is what appears to be a shell company operating on behalf of Star Cruises, NCL’s parent company.
