The sistership to the highly anticipated MSC Seaside will be called MSC Seaview, the line announced today. The 154,000gt ship will be able to carry 4,140pax at double occupancy.
Both ships feature a rather unique design with her fore and aft superstructure recessed in a bit to reduce weight at the top. This allows her to have an expansive promenade just 5 decks above her waterline.
While her sister, the MSC Seaside will sail year-round from Miami in 2017, the MSC Seaview will commence her maiden voyage from Genoa, Italy on June 10, 2018 and sail exclusively in the Mediterranean. Passengers will be able to embark from either Genoa, Marseille or Barcelona.
