The annual Cruise Shipping Convention is kicking off this morning in Miami.
Here’s the program of events. Note that the premiere event, The State of the Global Cruise Industry, will be tomorrow morning. I plan to have a write up of it as its usually pretty interesting.
For those unfamiliar, this panel is the only time we see the heads of the major lines together on one stage. This year it will be:
- Arnold Donald CEO, Carnival Corporation and plc.[In his first appearance at Cruise Shipping in his new role]
- Richard Fain Chairman and CEO, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.
- Kevin Sheehan CEO, Norwegian Cruise Lines
- Pierfrancesco Vago Executive Chairman, MSC Cruises
