Linblad Expeditions Purchases Orion Expeditions Cruises
The ever growing small ship expedition market is on the rise. One of the more popular ones is Lindblad, who partnered with the National Geographic Society.
It’s now time for Lindblad to start expanding. Their latest move was to purchases rival Orion Expedition Cruises. Their only ship, the 3,984grt Orion, will transition over to the Lindblad fleet in March 2014. She will be renamed National Geographic Orion.
