Captain of Concordia Arrested (Concordia Update IV)

Local officials have arrested the Captain of the Costa Concordia, Francesco Schettino.  Local law enforcement have charged him with suspicion of multiple manslaughter, abandoning ship and causing a shipwreck. They claim he deliberately ordered the ship to take a dangerous, unsafe route between the coast and the island of Giglio.
