Costa Classica Repaired in 96 Hours
The Costa Classica, that has involved in the collision in china, has been “repaired” in Changxing, China. It took just 96 hours. I say repaired in quotes because, my understanding, she was just made seaworthy. That means they made the hull watertight, checked for breaches in structural integrity, etc. The cabins have not been fully repaired.
The picture above is of the patch job done on the hull.
Costa is planning on sailing the Classica on her next scheduled to leave today from Hong Kong.
