Viking Sky Delayed Until 2017

Originally set to be launched next summer, Viking Ocean Cruises newbuild Viking Sky will be pushed back to early 2017. It’s suggested that she’ll be handed over sometime in February. The cause of the delay will be so that Fincantieri can constructed the 47,800 gt ship where her sister, Viking Sea is currently under construction; the Ancona Yard in, you guessed it, Ancona, Italy.
