Oceania Orders Newbuilds
Well, we’re just barely into 2019 and we already have the first newbuild announcement. NCLH has announced they ordered two ships for their upper-premium brand Oceania Cruises.
The two 67,000gt ships will be part of the Allura-class. These will be designed around the line’s OceaniaNEXT initiative which is a fleetwide enhancement program. Delivery from Fincantieri will be in 2022 and 2025.
Each vessel will carry over 1,000pax. They will cost $660 million.
