Carnival Will No Longer Sail Year Round from New York
Carnival has announced that the Carnival Splendor will reposition to Miami in November 2014 for the winter 2014-2015 season. This removes their only ship from yearound service out of New York City. She’ll be back in the summer 2015 for her normal routes out of Manhattan.
With the addition of the 3,006pax Splendor, Carnival will have 7 ships based out of south florida. She’ll join her fleetmates the Breeze, Glory, Conquest, Victory, Ecstasy, and the Freedom.
