A main focus of deck five is the outdoor promenade, Lanai. A rarity now-a-days, it entirely encircles the ship.

Back inside, the front of the deck is the second floor of the Liquid Lounge.
Behind that is the top floor of the main atrium and around it are the ships main shops. They are always closed when in port.
Tucked in the corner as you exit is the Cherry on Top candy store. Cherry on Top has an outdoor section as well.
Exiting the atrium area, there is the library on the port side.
The library also has a bar with wine dispensers in there.
The outside area of the library with old fashioned steamer chairs.
On the starboard side there is the piano bar.
Once past that, you emerge in another smaller ‘atrium’ like area. I say ‘atrium-like’ since you can see the center is glassed off. This is so that the smoking from the Casino doesn’t emanate to other parts of the ship. Really clever design.
On the port side is Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse.

On the starboard is Bonsai Sushi.
Walking past that is the Alchemy Bar.
Once through there, you’re at the Upper promenade.
The photo gallery, Pixels, is there.
One of the entrances to the Red Frog Pub and Brewery is there.
The Red Frog is an actual brewery onboard the Vista.
There’s also part of the pub that is outside on the Lanai.
At the end of the promenade is Ocean Plaza. This is a half indoor/half outdoor venue.
There is the Taste bar, Shake Spot and the Plaza bar here as well.
Just through the ocean Plaza doors on the starboard side is the first of the Guy Fieri restaurants onboard, Pig & Anchor BBQ.
Back inside, walking aft, there is a hallway that has the Lanai cabins. I’ll cover that in the cabins section. At the very end of the deck is the Havana Bar and Pool.
