Passengers on the seven-day Mexico cruise had been posting inquiries about the incident for days but the Carnival subsidiary did not break its silence until today.
The ship in question was the 57,092gt Veendam belonging to Holland America.
Anti-cruise blog Cruise Law broke the story that passengers were reporting that someone had went overboard.
Holland American only broke their silence yesterday when they acknowledged that a pax did in fact disappear off their vessel.
I guess not surprising that they just HAD to mention “Carnival subsidiary”
