As I reported yesterday, the MS Deutschland was towed from Eidfjorden to Bergen Norway for inspection of the damage. The analysis warrants the cancellation of her cruise that was supposed to leave today and sail Hamburg-Hamburg for a 7-Night cruise. UPDATE MONDAY: Just a quick update on the situation. The passengers spent last night at a local hotel having been unable to continue on their voyage. Pullmantur’s Zenith suffered a fire while berthed in Stockholm, Sweden. The fire was minor but they haven’t been able to suppress the some from traveling through the corridors yet.  Fortunately no fatalities but several reports of people suffering from smoke inhalation.
